The Monthly Maintenance Plan
Monthly Maintenance Plans are designed to allow your business to pay for the level of service that you need. The monthly rate of your service is determined by the type of assets and the number or assets being maintained. This allows you to ensure your IT needs are met while controlling costs. Typical items covered include:
- Priority Scheduling Service
- Regularly scheduled on-site maintenance visits
- Telephone and remote control support
- Perform anti-virus and security updates
- Weekly checks of the Server(s)
- Weekly checks of the backup for functionality
- Maintain Network inventory documentation
The Block of Time Contract
The Block of Time can be used for any services provided by Nexphase Technology Group. Unlike typical support contracts, the Block of Time can be applied toward a wide variety of services over an unspecified period of time. There is no “use it or lose it” deadline and all services can be billed against the Block Of Time. If more time is needed than was initially contracted for, an additional Block of Time can be purchased at the same discounted rate.
